1. Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Belmont Hotel. A valid contact and, if required, deposit may be necessary to secure your reservation.

2. Check-in / Check-out

Standard check-in and check-out times will be communicated during booking. Early check-in/late check-out may be available upon request and may incur additional fees.

3. Cancellations & No-shows

Cancellation terms vary by rate and season. We’ll provide applicable terms during booking. No-shows may be charged up to 100% of the first night.

4. Guest Conduct

We expect all guests to respect other guests, staff, and property. Belmont Hotel reserves the right to refuse service or cancel a stay for conduct that is unsafe, unlawful, or disruptive.

5. Liability

While we take care to ensure your safety, Belmont Hotel is not responsible for loss or damage to personal property unless required by law.
